Zoom Integration Support

Need help with the Flickit Zoom integration? Here's how to troubleshoot common issues:

How do I connect my Zoom account?

Navigate to your Space, click on the Video Conference tab, and select "Connect Zoom Account". You'll be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection.

How do I disconnect my Zoom account?

Go to your Space settings, find the Zoom integration section, and click "Disconnect". This will revoke Flickit's access to your Zoom account.

What happens to my data when I disconnect Zoom?

When you disconnect your Zoom account, we immediately delete your Zoom access tokens. Meeting links created through the integration will remain accessible but no new meetings can be created until you reconnect.

I'm getting a "scope error" when creating meetings

This usually means your Zoom authorization needs to be refreshed. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account to get updated permissions.
